I am an early career female researcher with a first degree in materials engineering and a second in environmental resources management. My area of research is focused on using an integrated approach to managing waste materials for road surfacing and repair. This research focus would translate into resilient and durable road infrastructure to aid our rapidly urbanising cities and peri urban areas in development in Africa.
