Before entering this TRECK program, I had been working at the Ghana Highways Authority for 8 years, primarily as a Senior Engineer in the Maintenance Division and Bridges Division. I am also a registered Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

I most recently worked as a Senior Engineer on the design and supervision for the construction of six footbridges in Accra. The bridges were constructed to help eradicate the numerous pedestrian accidents on our highways.

While I enjoyed the work that I did, I realised that I needed to learn and update myself on new Transportation Engineering solutions, which is why I am excited about this opportunity of pursuing a Master’s program in Road and Transportation Engineering.
