Ibili Fidelma hails from Delta State in Nigeria, a graduate of Civil Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, she holds an M.Eng degree in Transportation from the Federal University of Technolgy Akure and currently pursuing her Ph.D. program at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Her professional interests focus on Sustainable Urban Transport Infrastructures and her current projects include Investigation of Traffic Noise. In addition, she is a member of the International Association of Engineers, Graduate Member Nigerian Society of Engineers and Health Safety and Environment.

Fidelma is a devout Catholic, enjoys Reading, Travelling, playing Chess and Scrabble.
