Biography

I am Justice Mensah, I went to the Ghana School of surveying and mapping where I pursue a certificate in surveying and mapping, and then proceeds to KAAF University College where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geomatic Engineering.

I have worked at Lands commission and also done numerous projects which include Minerals concession maps, Topographical maps, Cadastral maps, and Thematic maps.

I aspire to become a transport engineer in other to contribute positively to our road system.

I am Osei Enock from Abuom in the Ahafo region of Ghana. I hold a basic Education certificate from Abuom DA basic school, high school certificate from Acherensua senior high school and BSc Honours certificate in civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I am currently offering MSc program in Road and Transportation Engineering at Regional Transport Research and Education Center Kumasi ( TRECK ) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

I am a first-year Master of Science student at TRECK, KNUST with a BSc. Degree in Geomatic Engineering.

I have about seven(7) years of working experience at different Engineering firms. Currently, I work with CSIR- Building and Road Research Institute. Here, I am responsible for all geospatial data collection and analysis particularly in Road, Transport, and Building, and also provide consultation in Land Survey related problems, using geospatial technology.

I am currently a senior engineer at the Ghana Highway Authority. I have been working in the authority for the past eight years. I got employed there in June 2011. I was taken through training for two years. After the two years of training, I was posted to the Survey and Design Division. I was there for three years and I learned a lot about Road Geometric and Drainage Design. After three years in that division, I was posted to Adidome - Juapong Road Construction Project to be the Highway Engineer. After six months, I was posted to the Upper West Region to be the Wa Road Area manager.

Isaiah Uwumborja Mbui

Biography

My name is Isaiah Uwumborja Mbui from Saboba in the northern region of Ghana. I studied BSc Geomatic engineering and graduated in the year 2018. I particularly like to associate and work with others, and carry out research works. I also like to watch football during my leisure time and am a fan of the Chelsea football club.

I am concern about road traffic accidents in Ghana and the persistent road traffic congestion in our cities, and that has particularly made this programme an interest to me.

I am Simeon Stevenson Turay, the second son in a family of five. Graduated in 2015 from the university of Sierra Leone with a bachelor's degree in engineering with honors in civil engineering. Served as head of Geotechnical engineering unit at one of the engineering companies in Sierra Leone from 2016 - 2019.

I am a Research and Teaching Assistant at the civil Engineering department Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Presently on study leave under the TRECK scholarship program.
