William Kwaasi Amanor is from Aburi in the Eastern region of Ghana. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) and HND in Civil Engineering from Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU).

He currently works with the Department of Civil Engineering - Cape Coast Technical University and has experiences in material laboratory/field testing (soil, aggregate, concrete, steel etc.) as well as teaching.

My educational aspirations consist of acquiring a master degree in Road and Transportation Engineering. My career objectives generally is to become one of Liberia's outstanding and best Road and Transportation engineer since my passion has always been trying to contribute to the infrastructure development of my county Nimba in particular and Liberia in general.

I hail from Asere in the Greater Accra Region where I completed my Junior Level Education at Prince of Peace International school. For my Secondary level education I enrolled in Opokuware School. I gained admission into KNUST where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Geomatic Engineering.

I was fortunate to have my internship at Ghana Highway Authority where l developed a passion for road transport. I had the opportunity of being a teaching assistant where I was able to expand my knowledge on road and transport engineering and what it entails. Road transport contributes majorly to the socio-economic development of the country.
