- Discussions on the Disbursement-Linked Results (DLRs).
- Training on identifying additional data for monitoring and evaluating the project.
- Guidance on preparing the Project Completion Report (PCR), including sharing lessons from the ACE I PCR experience.
- Showcasing ACE Impact success stories and how to document them effectively.
The workshop fostered peer learning and collaboration through group presentations, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions. AAU M&E specialists facilitated the workshop by providing expert guidance. The facilitators included Mrs. Adeline Addy, Ms. Irene Dufie Addai and Mr. Schenineda Ankomah.
TRECK was represented by two staff members, including the Centre’s M&E Officer, Prof Samuel Ato Akorful Andam.

This engagement underscores TRECK’s commitment to operational excellence and its dedication to delivering impactful results within the ACE Impact framework.
