Dr. Daniel Atuah Obeng is the MSc Programmes Coordinator of TRECK-ACE Impact Project.  He has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, an MSc degree in Transportation Planning and Policy from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and a PhD degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.

His research area spans transport and highway engineering with particular interest in road traffic safety, public transport and sustainability of transport systems. Dr. D. A. Obeng has considerable consultancy experience in the planning, development, management, monitoring and evaluation of transport infrastructure projects.
